01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TweetsGen at tweetsgen.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors and users of TweetsGen. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

02 What TweetsGen Is

TweetsGen is a free, web-based collection of AI-powered tools designed to help users write better content for Twitter / X. Our tools include tweet generators, bio analyzers, thread builders, hashtag finders, and more.

TweetsGen is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Twitter, Inc. or X Corp. All Twitter / X trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

03 Acceptable Use

You are welcome to use TweetsGen tools for personal, professional, or commercial purposes, including using AI-generated content in your Twitter posts, marketing materials, or other communications.

• You may use the tools as many times as you like.
• You may use the generated content freely — there are no usage restrictions on content you create with our tools.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using it publicly. See the AI-Generated Content section below.
• You must comply with Twitter / X's own Terms of Service when posting content on their platform.

04 Prohibited Use

The following uses of TweetsGen are not permitted:

• Automated scraping or crawling — You may not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or extract data from TweetsGen at scale.
• Reverse engineering — You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or underlying logic of our tools.
• Abusive requests — You may not deliberately overload our servers or attempt denial-of-service attacks.
• Illegal content — You may not use our tools to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or violates the rights of others.
• Spam or harassment — You may not use generated content to spam, harass, or deceive other users on Twitter or any other platform.
• Misrepresentation — You may not represent TweetsGen as an official Twitter / X product or partner.

05 Intellectual Property

TweetsGen content: The website design, code, branding, and original written content of TweetsGen are owned by TweetsGen and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our website content without permission.

Your generated content: Content generated using our tools based on your inputs belongs to you. We make no claim of ownership over tweets, bios, threads, or any other output you create using TweetsGen tools. You are free to use that content however you like.

User inputs: By submitting text into our tools, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process that input through our AI systems to generate a response. We do not store or use your inputs for any other purpose.

06 AI-Generated Content

Our tools use artificial intelligence (powered by OpenAI's API) to generate text. While we work hard to make the output as useful as possible, AI-generated content has inherent limitations you should be aware of:

• Accuracy: AI may occasionally produce factually incorrect, outdated, or misleading content. Always verify facts before publishing.
• Tone and context: AI may misread tone, cultural nuance, or context. Review output carefully before use.
• Originality: While AI output is generated fresh for each request, we cannot guarantee that similar outputs haven't been generated for other users. Treat AI content as a starting draft.
• Platform compliance: It is your responsibility to ensure that any content you post on Twitter / X complies with their policies. TweetsGen is not responsible for account actions taken by Twitter / X against you.

07 Advertising

TweetsGen displays advertisements through Google AdSense to cover the operational costs of running the site and the AI API. By using TweetsGen, you acknowledge that ads will be displayed on the site.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed on TweetsGen. Ad content is controlled by Google based on their targeting and placement systems. If you see an ad that appears inappropriate or misleading, you can report it directly to Google.

08 Disclaimer of Warranties

TweetsGen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The site will be available at all times or be error-free
• The AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific purpose
• Using our tools will result in any particular outcome on your Twitter account

We make no guarantees about follower growth, engagement, or any other Twitter-related results from using our tools. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TweetsGen and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or its tools — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to reputation.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of TweetsGen shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Since TweetsGen is free to use, this effectively means our liability is zero.

10 Third-Party Links

TweetsGen may contain links to third-party websites (such as Twitter / X, OpenAI, Google, etc.). These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites and are not responsible for them. Visiting third-party links is at your own risk.

11 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users (e.g. a notice on the site).

Your continued use of TweetsGen after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, please stop using the site.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TweetsGen shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
